INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER CREATION

Each poster should include the following:

1  INTRODUCTION

2 OBJECTIVES AND METHODOLOGY

3 RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

4 CONCLUSION

5 LITERATURE

 The content of the poster should be carefully chosen,with all important data given,complete and clear,without redundant details. You should have  in mind that the audience will not waste time reading insignificant and boring data.On the other hand,all the important work stages must be indicated.

It is very good to use different colours to highlight,both for illustrations(diagrams, images and photos…)and background.

There are international rules for poster creation:

SIZE: Poster boards should measure70x100 cm(width x length), which means that all the texts,tables, diagrams and other can take eight A4 pages total. The text should be typed in easy-to-read font and not to exceed 800 words.

TITLE: maximum 84pt,in Bold.It should not be too long to fit a single line(maximum line length is 70 cm).If the title is two lines long,the authors can chose the size in the specific font in order to fit the title in the space available on the poster.

NAME OF THE AUTHOR(S): maximum 56pt. There is no need to write ‘author’ in front of the names because it is understood according to usual procedure of writing scientific works.

TEXT: maximum 24pt.

SUBTITLES: 36pt bold.

TABLES,DIAGRAMS(NAMES)AND TABLE DATA: maximum 18 pt.

The authors will be informed about the exact time when they have to be by their poster due to potential discussion.
